Nexsoft Co., Ltd is officially established. The company quickly grows its customer network among SMEs with packaged accounting and back-office management software, setting a standard for stability and ease of use.
A restructuring turning point as B24
B24 Technology JSC is established — a decisive strategic shift from selling “standalone software” to advising and delivering end-to-end digital-transformation solutions, focused on automating business processes.
Xbook 1.0 launches — an in-house ERP
A statement of technological self-reliance: Xbook 1.0 is launched — a management system coded and built entirely from scratch by B24 engineers, closely matching the operating realities of the domestic market.
Going deeper — a healthcare & lab ecosystem
Xbook 2.0 debuts alongside a strategic move into specialised healthcare with Drlab 1.0 (software for microbiology, molecular-biology and ELISA labs), proving B24’s ability to handle complex, high-precision domain workflows.

Xbook 3.0 ships and Drlab is upgraded to 2.0. Medcare 1.0 also launches, extending the digital ecosystem into clinic management and comprehensive healthcare services.
An architecture revolution — reshaping the platform
Xbook 4.0 (Pro) ships with Drlab 3.0 and Medcare 2.0. A landmark, strategic decision: B24 fully re-architects its core — retiring the legacy Xbook and migrating onto a powerful open-source ERP platform. The team forks the core, rebrands it as the new-generation Xbook, and builds proprietary add-ons deeply optimised for accounting, finance and management specific to the Vietnamese market.
Xbook 17.0 — conquering manufacturing
Xbook 17.0 ships, aligning with international ERP standards. It concentrates on the Manufacturing module, helping factories automate their supply chain, plan materials (MRP) and tighten quality control.
Xbook 18.0 — a unified ecosystem
A technology convergence: Drlab, Medcare and Carecare are seamlessly integrated into a single Xbook 18.0 core. Data silos are eliminated, delivering centralised management and real-time data sync for healthcare and multi-industry organisations.
