Procedure for Analyzing a Sample (Analysis Workflow)
📍From Customer
1. New Request: Request new testing with a new sample.
2. Add Request: A request for additional testing with the old sample has been sent to the testing lab.
3. Return Request: Request to retest with the sample that has the Testing report results.
📍 From the Lab Supervisor
4. Accept: Accept the test results of technical.
5. Recheck: Reperform the analysis of specific indicators when there are abnormal results and they have not been accepted.
📍 From the Lab Manager
6. Rework Request: Recreate the working order. After the results of the Validate step, there is a requirement to redo the indicators that have been tested with abnormal results.
7. Approve: Approve the inspection results, prepare to conduct the final check to deliver the results to the customer.
8. Final check: Final check, if Complete, return the results to the customer; if the sample does not meet the standards, cancel the analysis work..
